This session will allow you to blend your own tea to ease the transition from summer to autumn. To help you set the intention and speed for the year ahead.
What to expect:
- You get to choose any of the 80+ organic herbs from my organic herbal dispensary for your unique blend
- Learn about which herbs go well together both taste and function
- Tea tasting
- Small group 10-12 people
