Shatavari is a rejuvenating tonic for the female reproductive system and an aphrodisiac. This herb has an affinity for regulating functions in the pelvic area of the body. Which is why it is commonly used to help with problems with menstruation , hormonal dysregulation, as well as calming and soothing overactive bowels or bladder.
