Bilberry

Physical use

A common berry in Sweden used for jams and cakes. It is an antioxidant packed, nutrient dense berry that is useful in improving collagen health and microcirculation. This is important for all the tiny vessels we have that supply blood carrying oxygen and nutrients to our eyes and skin.

Bilberry also has an affinity for waking up our energy producing mitochondria cells that can be damaged by high levels of inflammation and oxidative stress. With more mitochondria back online you notice an improvement in energy levels and less brain fog.
